Millions worldwide don't have access to education, career development, and job opportunities.

As a result of persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations, or climate change they left behind communities and homes, but asylum seekers, IDPs, and marginalized migrants have huge potential.

What We Do

HireChance is on a quest to turn a perceived burden into an impactful opportunity for refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs, marginalized migrants, and the communities that host them.

Advocate

We provide independent support to those who are marginalized in the area of career development. We try to ensure they have the tools to make an informed decision on their potential career path.

Create

We work to bring into existence initiatives that positively contribute to making the world an easier place to survive and thrive for refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs, and marginalized migrants.

Empower

We work to make the marginalized stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their right to economic opportunity and decent work.
