Millions of refugees worldwide don't have access to education, career development, and decent jobs.

As a result of persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations, or climate change they left behind communities and homes, but refugees have huge potential that is under-utilised.

Our Work

HireChance is on a quest to turn a perceived burden into an impactful opportunity for refugees and the world economy. These are the steps we are taking:

1. Sell Delicious Coffee

Through direct trade, we source sustainable, ethical, and delicious single origin, specialty coffee from refugee-producing/hosting countries, making sure coffee farmers are being paid fair prices for their premium beans.

2. Refugee Career Development

We invest 20% of our coffee sales to transparently fund career-building opportunities for refugees, providing a path to formal labor market access (LMA) in their host communities.

3. Win Win Empowerment

Through the career development opportunities attained, refugees are empowered and their employment opportunities increase exponentially, providing a win-win scenario for refugees and society at large.
